Surprise Call!
I got a surprise call today from Andy Phillips who was the first person to fly a paramotor from Land's End to John O'Groats
He was very supportive, and I look forward to learning first hand from him useful tips for my trip.

Good for you! You've some task ahead.
Are you intending to fly a powered hang-glider? Or are you intending to fly unpowered, and just fly as many places en route as you can. I don't think you will be able to fly across the country without travelling by car between take-offs.
From the look of his blog I think he will be powered, probably much easier to do! Good luck mate, I'm trying to get into paragliding at the momment, but the British weather is against me too! I'm off to do my training in Bulgaria this summer.
Anyway, good luck and I will be watching your progress!
